Job Description
Functions:
Manage website and social media pages
Respond to comments, queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Respond, manage, and measure feedback and inquiries based on agreed social media and crisis management guidelines.
- Utilize the various online tools, applications and social media platforms to promote company’s online image and brand.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, engineering or any related field.
Knowledgeable with social media platforms.
Fluent in English and Filipino, using correct grammar.
