Job Description

*PROVIDING BASIC HEALTHCARE NEEDS TO ALL EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICINES, ADMINESTERING FIRST AID WHEN NEEDED AND EVALUATING EMPLOYEES' OVERALL HEALTH.
*RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING WITH THE COMPANY'S HEALTHCARE PROVIDER TO SET UP ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.
*ENSURE AVAILABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES.
*PROVIDES APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY AND FIRST-AID MANAGEMENT AND MEDICATIONS TO EMPLOYEES.
*ACCOMOPANIES SICK EMPLOYEES TO THE HOSPITAL WHEN NECESSARY.
*RESEARCH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS DEVELOPMENT.
*CREATES TRAINING MODULES AND CONDUCTS TRAINING/SEMINARS FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS.
*RESPONSIBLE FOR ENGAGING EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND HEALTHY AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS, STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT WILL HELP IN PROMOTING A GOOD WORK-LIFE BALANCE.
*PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY BY GIVING SUGGESTIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AFFECTING THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE WORKERS.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*MALE OR FEMALE
*CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN NURSING
*MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE
*PREFERABLY WITH OSH/BOSH CERTIFICATE
*WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE
*COMPUTER LITERATE
*WITH GOOD MORAL CHARACTER
