- The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

Job Description
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Assists in the implementation of information and publicity campaigns for the company's official social media sites and other digital channels;
2. Contributes to the development of SHFC's social media content;
3. Prepares periodic reports and trend monitoring across multiple digital channels to evaluate performance and adjust content based on best practices;
4. Assists with a variety of corporate communication projects including the creation of presentations, copywriting, planning and organization of press conferences, media briefings, and other events;
5. Responsible for the provision of coverage/documentation of related events, as well as the monitoring of media coverage to track mentions of the corporation and key personnel;
6. Assists in the implementation/execution of promotional materials in SHFC offices;
7. Maintains inventory of SHFC marketing collaterals; and
8. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
