Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in service management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Certification in warehouse management or logistics (preferred)
