Job Description

1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, digital advertisements, infographics, brochures, presentations, and more.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
3. Branding: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral by following brand guidelines and ensuring that all designs reflect the brand's identity and values.
4. Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts by designing graphics for online advertising campaigns, social media ads, landing pages, and other digital assets to attract and engage target audiences.
5. Print Collateral: Design print materials such as flyers, posters, business cards, and event signage for both internal and external use, ensuring that designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate key messages.
6. Photography and Image Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photographs for marketing purposes, including product images, event photos, and team portraits, to enhance visual storytelling and brand representation.
7. Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and design best practices that can inform marketing strategies and creative decisions.
8. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and external vendors to gather requirements, provide design support, and contribute creative ideas to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various mediums.
2. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and digital marketing channels, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
3. Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that effectively communicate key messages and differentiate the brand in the market.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, present concepts, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that meet brand standards and objectives.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs, design trends, and technological advancements in graphic design and digital marketing tools and platforms.
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or coursework in graphic design, advertising, or digital media.
