Job Description

Job Qualifications:
• Open to fresh graduates in any course; with an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Can start ASAP.
• Good verbal and written English skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed established customer service performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
