Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees (if necessary).
• Accomplishes all staff result’s by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards aligned to the company standard operating procedure.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget (branch), scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Coordinate with operational manager for securing of proper operational procedures.
• Create weekly or monthly task for operational branch update.
• Engaging with company sales force from presenting company services and good customer feedbacks.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Increase sales profit of the branch
• Close deals to clients
• Ensuring good quality of services

Daily
• Monitor staffs from human resources, marketing & housekeeping if they are meeting their deadlines.
• Look for prospect clients and close deals for manpower and one-time cleaning services.
• collect accomplishment reports from the team.
• Update reports to main operations department.
• Assist and addressed concerns.
• Update monitoring’s and Drive.
