QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.
- At least a year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivatedStrong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly
- Dedicated to the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving it
- Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Has good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- knowledgeable in MS Visio
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Determine the priority and criticality of requirements.
- Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, and help desk support; training users
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, help desk support; and training users.
- Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications.Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
-Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
