Job Description
1. Assist the business managers on creating programs and activities that propel our organization forward and leverage your analytical skills to develop comprehensive models that optimize revenue streams, drive growth, and ensure sustainable financial success
2. Handle daily operations on the assigned business vertical with the assigned business manager
3. Handle data extraction and reports on the assigned business vertical
4. Handle always on marketing activities based on the assigned task for the business manager
5. On time and in full delivery of output based on the projects assigned
6. Completeness of reports
7. Program management for the assigned work
8. Proactiveness, dedication, and accountability
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.
2. At least 1-2 years experience, but open to fresh graduates from a Reputable Universities in Manila Only
3. Has extensive knowledge and skillset with Microsoft Office: Excel (encoding, pivot,charts), Powepoint and Word
4. Willing to learn and understand digital banking, fintech, business management, and marketing
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a sense of urgency and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
