Officer in-Charge

• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives, as prescribed by Immediate Supervisor.
• Ensures necessary store preparation before the start of the shift
• Regularly monitor the stocking level of all items.
• Ensure efficient and timely stock replenishment on the assigned outlet
• Ensure no slow-moving items are stocked in the outlet unless directed by Immediate Superior.
• Oversee and implement first-in, first-out stocking cycle.
• Precise monitoring of stocks as the basis for the weekly/monthly stock order.
• Proper safekeeping of stocks to prevent against pilferage/sabotage.
• Regularly checks store inventory as against physical count.
• Promptly address bad orders (B.O’s) through proper documentation and direct information to the Immediate Supervisor.
• Promptly and accurately submit reports required by Immediate Superior, such as sales updates, info slips, tic tac reports, month-end store inventory, warehouse and delivery reports, items for pull out, price updates, and other changes in the items and others that may be required from time to time
