Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers through various channels including online research, social media, and networking.
Initial Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business environment to determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and outcomes to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred. Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
