Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee the food manufacturing operations. He/ She will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality food products. This role requires strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities:
 Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing and resource
allocation to meet production targets and client demands.
 Train, mentor and motivate production staff to maximize productivity, efficiency and team work.
 Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety
protocols and regulatory requirements.
 Identify and troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions and quality deviations,
implementing corrective actions as needed.
 Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to
minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
 Maintain accurate production records, including production reports inventory levels and quality
control documentation.
 Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and best practices to promote a culture of
safety, cleanliness and continuous improvement.
 Communicate effectively with other department, such as procurement, quality assurance,
maintenance, production planning to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
