Job Description
2. Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies like LGU, BIR, ROD, BUSECO, MFWD, DHSUD, Pag-IBIG Fund, and developer on relevant matters
3. Facilitate filling applications with the DHSUD to secure a License to sell, Development permit, and other clearances.
4. Ensure timely submission of status reports on title transfer and other transactions handled
5. Prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, tec.
