Job Description

Job Summary:
The Data Operations Manager will oversee and manage the data operations team, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of data related to call center operations. This role involves managing databases, optimizing data workflows, and providing insights to improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data management, with strong SQL skills and experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the data operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of data.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and security.
• Train and mentor team members on data management best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations or management, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary:
45.000,00 ₱ Monthly
