Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Verify customer accounts and information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct verification checks using various tools and databases.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account verification promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records and documentation according to company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Service Representative or Verification Specialist, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying customer information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
