Job Description

Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including preparing financial reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and support overall company objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
