You'll manage developing strategic partnerships and alliances, nurturing long-term relationships, and creating compelling proposals. Scope & Responsibilities:
- Identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short- and long-term goals.
- Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services.
- Leads meetings and negotiations, conducts sales presentations, and designs proposals with potential clients and business partners.
- Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaises with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
- Meets the annual targets set by the management.
- Treats all documents as highly confidential and ensures they are secured.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Economics, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or equivalent is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience in Lead Generation/ Client Acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in solution selling to corporate clients is a plus.
- Background screening experience is also advantageous.
