Job Description
To work with Quality Manager on the following:
-Client request and its requirements
-Providing secondary feedback (3 step checking)
-Adhere to DBI quality parameters and standards
-Listen to calls and create audit reports
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's Degree holder (any business-related or IT course)
-Proficiency in various MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc)
-Knowledge in using tools like wavepad, cool edit and the like is an advantage
-Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is an onsite assignment.
