Job Description
The Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization to ensure the company's financial health and operational continuity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's assets, operations, and reputation.
-Analyze data and trends to assess the likelihood and impact of risks and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
-Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to guide risk identification, assessment, and treatment activities.
-Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management principles, tools, and techniques to promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM) preferred.
-Proven experience as a Risk Management Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends.
