Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation platforms to streamline our marketing processes, optimize campaign performance, and drive lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, and incorporate new strategies and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
-Support the day-to-day tactical marketing operation standpoint, basic reporting, ad-hoc reporting, developing strategy, performing upkeep on the Marketo platform, etc.
-Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to prospects, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.
Qualifications
-2-3 years relevant working experience.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field.
-Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns.
-Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
