Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

-Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and helpful manner.
Foster conversations and interactions within the community to build relationships and increase engagement.
Community Growth and Outreach

Identify and engage with influencers and advocates within the community.
Participate in relevant online discussions and forums to increase visibility and reach.
Analytics and Reporting

Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Analyze data to gain insights into community behavior and preferences.
Prepare regular reports to evaluate the performance of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
Social and Reputation Management

Monitor conversations about the brand or relevant topics on social media.
Address any negative feedback or issues promptly and professionally.
Proactively manage the brand's online reputation by promoting positive interactions and addressing concerns.
Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices

Keep abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and tactics to keep the community engaged and informed.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Administration or related field.
-Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
-Any further marketing experience is a plus.
-Willing to work 100% onsite in our Alabang, Muntinlupa Office
-Willing to work afternoon shift (starts at 2pm, 3pm or 4pm)
