Job Description
We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to evaluate the performance of email campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
-Updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, and incorporate new strategies and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
-Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.
-Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and personalized messages, to engage with our audience and drive conversions
Qualification:
-2- 3years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a working knowledge of:
-BS in Marketing/related field or equivalent experience
-Digital/Multichannel/Integrated Marketing
-Email deployment platform experience
-Relationship/Client Management
-Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
