Graphics and Tech Officer

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and design graphics for a variety of media, including presentations, marketing materials, social media content, and websites.
- Develop high-quality visuals that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in communicating the intended message.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and software to implement innovative ideas.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Assist with managing the organization's IT infrastructure, potentially involving tasks like setting up new equipment and maintaining existing systems.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors when needed for complex technical challenges.

Additional Duties:
- Manage and maintain digital assets like photos, videos, and graphics.
- Create user-friendly presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
