Job Description

Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer supports the HR department in implementing and managing various human resource functions. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities and the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job vacancies.
Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and address employee grievances.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Identify training needs and assist in organizing development programs.
Compliance and Records Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Provide support in processing payroll and managing employee benefits enrollment.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Maintain training records and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Support career development initiatives within the organization.
Administrative Support:
Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.
Prepare and manage HR correspondence and documentation.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role or similar capacity preferred.
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions.
