**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with their logistics needs and provide prompt, efficient responses to their inquiries.
- Deliver timely and accurate information regarding shipment statuses, delays, and other logistics-related concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Required Qualifications:**
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
