Job Description
Contract job requests with TBAS and be approved by Company Div Head.
Make future plan for companies R&D Team with Div Head.
Managing a design team, ensuring output quality, schedule management, overseeing team members' health, and managing overtime work hours.
Managing budgets for R&D projects.
Regularly reporting to the boss on task progress, budget consumption,
and team members' health status experience.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course.
With experience in R&D Design in manufatcuring set up.
