JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred: Proven experience in telemarketing and sales, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Strong listening and questioning skills to gather information and identify customer needs.
Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases for maintaining records.
Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and maintaining motivation in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM, running Windows 10 with an i5 processor, or macOS Big Sur.
Ability to include the special word "rockstar" in your application.
A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and upload speeds.
A high-quality headset with noise cancellation for meetings.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Availability to work full-time from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday.
