Job Description

Aspire is actively looking for Call Center Agents around Metro Manila or in any nearby Cities. We offer up to 25k salary!

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and provide assistance with travel bookings and inquiries.
• Guide customers through booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel policies.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Needed Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
