As a Customer Care Representative specializing in our logistics and motorcycle taxi account, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both passengers and bikers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for resolving inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users
