Job Description

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in Software Testing particularly in UAT. (Non negotiable)
- Must have a relevant working/project experience in life/health insurance industry. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have a professional experience in testing tools and methodologies including Test Planning, Test Cases, Test Designs and Defect Tracking. (Non-negotiable)
- A bachelor's degree holder of Computer Science, IT Management or any related courses. (Non-negotiable)

Job Description
Job Purpose: Help business execute test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures and testing system modifications to help prepare for system implementation by determining the requirements of a project or program, communicate them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners and provide support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle.

- Conduct User acceptance Testing for core system related to insurance and health products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure functionality, usability and performance of core system meets the business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop testing strategies.

- Assist and/or provide UAT Signoff
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on test results, including detailed description of test outcomes to stakeholders, Business Analysts
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing-related matters
- Conduct regression testing to verify that resolved defects to not happen to previously identified issues.
