Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.

LOCATION: 6th Floor, OneE-com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex 1308, Pasay, 3001 Metro Manila
HUB (Onsite cdd): Ground floor One ecom, Sunset ave corner, Ocean drive, Moa complec Pasay city

Available Accounts:
-Auto Insurance (Pioneer account) - Salary package: 24,000

Qualifications:
-Has DRIVER'S LICENSE "B1 / B2" (4 wheels/even expired)
-Must have finished at least SHS Education to College Graduate
-Has 1 year BPO experience (International voice campaign)
-Willing to work Onsite in MOA
