Job Description

• Responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments, and making sure that item will be deliver on time.
• Prepare Delivery receipt and Invoice for the item scheduled for delivery using the Quickbook System.
• Responsible to monitor the item and make projected sales to be reported to the Section/Department Head.
• Having a friendly and engaging personality during conversation to the customer and should have a confident manner.
• Should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales (i.e) check finished goods items, monitor and check the quantity of the delivery for the customer requirement.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the item.
