Job Description

Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Onsite (Makati office)

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
> 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably from the healthcare and/or IT industry
> At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
> Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
> Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
> Strong project management and organizational skills.
> Excellent communication and presentation skills.
> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
> Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
> High level of enthusiasm and a passion for employee development.
> This position may require occasional travel to various company locations for training delivery and assessment.
> Flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be needed during peak training periods or for virtual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses that address the needs of the organization and its employees.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
Manage the rollout and delivery of training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, using various delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended).
Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Track and analyze training metrics and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.
Support career development and succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating personalized development plans.
Work with managers to assess training needs and provide recommendations for individual and team development.
Manage the organization’s LMS, including course uploads, user management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Innovate and introduce new learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the training experience.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
