Job Description

Monday to Friday- 830AM to 530PM | Onsite reporting in Makati office

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
> 5 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations
> At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
> In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
> Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software.
> Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
> High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
> Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
Develop and implement ER policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain positive relationships with union representatives, addressing concerns and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
Monitor compliance and ensure the organization's practices align with labor laws and regulations.
Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on ER and LR topics, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and legal compliance.
Stay current on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization is informed and compliant.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of ER and LR activities, including investigation reports, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolutions.
Prepare and analyze reports on ER and LR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
