Job Description

We’re looking for a Product-Specific Trainer to develop and deliver tailored training on our products. You’ll work with product managers and experts to create effective, engaging materials that improve understanding and performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

•Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia resources, to educate employees and external stakeholders on our products.
•Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences.
•Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices.
•Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
•Identify training needs and gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve product knowledge and performance.
•Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and ensure product understanding.
•Maintain training records and documentation to track participant progress and compliance with training requirements.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.•Proven experience as a trainer, training coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a technology or product-focused environment.
•Strong knowledge and understanding of product training methodologies and best practices.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
•Experience in instructional design and developing training materials using various tools and technologies.
•Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different audiences.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
•Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
