Aspire is actively looking for Call Center Agents around Metro Manila or in any nearby Cities. We offer up to 25k salary!
Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
Job Overview:
Responsible for managing hotel reservations and bookings for guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.
Job Description:
• Assist customers in making hotel reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, by providing detailed information on room types, rates, amenities, and policies.
• Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently in the hotel reservation system, ensuring that customer preferences, special requests, and payment details are recorded correctly.
• Handle reservation modifications, including changes to booking dates, room types, or guest details, and process cancellations or refunds according to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer reservations, correspondence, and payment transactions in the reservation system for reference and reporting purposes.
