Your Key Responsibilities:
Help customers with their travel and hotel reservations. Ensure the experience is smooth and it's pleasant.
Solve customer issues and answer questions with a friendly and professional attitude.
Work with our team to improve our services. Make each customer interaction.
Needed Qualifications:
Prior experience with an airline, hotel, or travel reservations system is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Good typing skills.
