Job Description
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network and system administration, as well as experience with various operating systems and IT management tools.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery processes.
• Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system administration.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security principles.
