QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree: with more than 3 Years Exp.
- In supervisory role and with Client Management experience.
- Must have exposure in CSAT Management.
- Must have experience in scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT.
