Technical Product Manager

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field
Experienced with data analytics and performance measurement tools.
Proficient in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Preferably with experience in the tools : Nextjs, Supabase, Expressjs, Jira Administration, ClickUp
Familiar with at least one of the following methodologies: agile, scrum, kanban, scrumban
1-3 years of proven experience as a Productivity Manager or in a similar role focused on tracking and assigning deadlines
Detailed Job Description:

Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Assign and manage deadlines for tasks and projects based on priority and resource availability.
Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with department heads and team members to ensure alignment on project timelines.
Analyze workflow processes and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status and deadline adherence.
Utilize productivity tools and software to manage and track deadlines.
Conduct regular meetings with teams to review progress and address any issues affecting timelines.
Train and support employees in effective time management and deadline adherence practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for tracking and deadline management processes.
