JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Data Engineer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated level of proficiency in Data Science & SQL, and is familiar with using Python and Looker Studio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Discuss which key metrics needed to store and report to stakeholders.
- Extract, automate, and analyze data from various sources, including mobile backend APIs, Google Analytics, and social media data with Python and SQL.
- Store and model data efficiently in Bigquery and connect it to visualization tools or spreadsheet software.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and company websites to visualize data insights presentable to top executives, coaches, franchisees, and customers.
- Utilize Google Sheets or Excel for data entry, manipulation, and presentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and review sessions.
- Document processes and provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field. Being passionate about health and wellness is a plus!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with languages like Python and Excel for data extraction and analysis from various APIs and other mobile development tools.
- Proficient in using spreadsheet software, particularly Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, ideally Looker Studio and PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SQL relational databases, preferably Google BigQuery.
- Familiarity with dbt or other data warehouse transformation tools
- A proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies.
- Previous experience in a startup environment

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
