Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily extraction and recording of approved credit card orders.
2. Coordination to card vendor to ensure production of credit cards.
3. Coordination to couriers to ensure timely pick-up from card vendor and delivery to customers.
4. Acceptance of RTS credit cards from courier and ensure proper safekeeping.
5. Perform notification to customers of RTS credit cards for redelivery purposes.
6. Ensure proper destruction and blocking of RTS credit cards that are subject to disposal.
7. Fulfillment and monitoring of SF tickets (L2 support) for credit cards.
8. Processing of payment to card vendors, courier, and suppliers
9. Daily update of shared files for monitoring and reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
2. High attention to details
3. With good analytical skills
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Customer-focused oriented
6. Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
7. With experience in cards industry is a plus
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
