Job Description

Driving sales growth and expanding market reach for the company's services. Your responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Working time: 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m (break time: 1 hour)
Location: Manila/ Marikina

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.

• Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Recruit, train and monitor team members.

• Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

• Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.

• Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related field specifically to the product or service that is being sold.

• Minimum of 1-3 years in business or sales experience preferably in the logistics industry.

• Build and lead a team around 10-20 members, gaining high revenue is a plus.

• Knowledgeable customer service standards and principles.

• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications

• Able to close deals and achieve goals
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter

Benefits
• Salary: 950 pesos/ day, probation: 2 months - 85%
• Revenue commission and bonus
• Meal allowance: 50 pesos/ day
