Job Description

Client Profile:
One of the largest construction companies in the Philippines, offering high-quality plywood, cement, and other building supplies for homes, buildings, and other construction applications.

Position: Business Development Agent
Industry: Construction Industry
Location: San Simon, Pampanga
Salary: Php 17,000 – Php 25,000
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in business management or any course.
Associate degree are welcome to apply.
With at least 1- 2 years total work experience.
With experience as Business Development.
With experience in Construction industry is a big advantage.
Can start as soon as possible is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that sales target set by management is met
Maintain positive business relationships and maximize satisfaction by responding and escalating all customer concerns and feedbacks, expedite the resolutions on a recurring basis.
Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and/or warehouse walk-ins from time to time
Maintain customer information directory and utilize it to continuously closing prospect customers
Research account and saturation of specific assigned area
Evaluate prospects, generate leads, identify needs, educate prospects how product can benefit them, and negotiate the price, terms, and other costs
Develop sales promo or sales programs to close the sales
