Job Description
SANITATION OFFICER
Job duties and responsibilities:
Daily tasks
1. Receives endorsement of preoperational checklist from QA Officer and validates them by actual checking of the area.
2. Toolbox meeting with cleaners tackling safety and cleanliness issues inside production area and perimeter
3. Supervises spot cleaning whenever necessary (3x weekly)
4. Operates washing machine to laundry oily towels and cloth used in the production
5. Supervises cleaners during cleaning time
6. Dispensing of cleaning solutions and sanitizers to ensure that hand soap and tissues are available for the next production day
7. Accomplishes Daily Checklists:
a) Stock movement of cleaning agent
b) Cleaner's Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring Checklist
c) Post-operational Sanitation Checklist
d) Cleaners Personnel Checklist
8. Monitors Cleaners' daily attendance
9. Keeps office area clean including Chemical room, avoiding hazards in the surrounding area.
Weekly tasks
1. Inspection of cleaners' barracks
2. Accompanies the Human Resources Manager in the inspection of employee's lockers
Job requirements:
-College graduate
-Work-related experience is an advantage
