Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Systems and Process Management:

a.Develop and maintain robust systems and processes to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Regularly review existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by monitoring and updating internal controls as needed

Task Tracking:

Conduct regular tracking of task targets to assess compliance ,timeliness, and mitigate potential issues

Collaboratewithinternalandexternalstakeholderstoaddressanydelays

and issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner

3. Customer Service Excellence:

Establishandmaintainhighstandardsforcustomerservicedeliveryacross all departments

Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience

Provide guidance and support to frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

● Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on systems and process management, task audit and control, and/or customer service

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and identify areas for improvement

● Strong ability to break down complex systems to simple steps and methodically measure and monitor those steps

● Goal oriented, output driven, organized and detail oriented

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

● Experience developing and implementing programs and conducting internal audits
