Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties and will also handle financial records and transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Managing office operations and providing administrative support to the team.
- Handling bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Coordinating with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

*Admin Officer/ BookKeeper
Candidates must be/have:
- a degree in any Business course.
- Minimum of 3 yrs work experience in administrative support and document control.
- Proficient in MS office and Google Docs management.
- Must have basic knowledge in preparing business permits, licenses, registrations and accreditation documents.
- must be proficient in written and verbal English.
- must be computer literate.
- must be highly organized and works well with people and can work independently.

*Accounting Officer/ Bookkeeper
Candidates must be/have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking course.
- Minimum of 2 yrs work experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS programs and Google Docs management.
- Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Must have basic knowledge in preparing financial reports and documents.
- must be proficient in written and verbal English.
- must be computer literate.
- must be highly organized and works well with people and can work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain schedule of prepayment and recognize monthly expenses as part of month end closing.
- Monthly and quarterly preparation of tax returns (Income tax, VAT, Withholding, Fringe benefits etc)
- Quarterly review of source documents to ensure that all invoices and official receipts are compliant with BIR requirements
- Weekly review of official receipts provided by suppliers before release of checks
- Monitoring of annual renewal of business permit
- Responsible for the recording of adjustment due to: application of debit / credit memo; reclassification of accounts; errors and other necessary adjustment related to payables.
- Prepares cash flow
- Prepares replies to BIR and the required documents for audit
- Compiles audit requirements for year end financial audit
- Prepares financial reports, tax returns and compliance report for tax filing
- Checks for collections
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
