Job Description
Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

• Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
