Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We are actively looking for Call Center Agents around Metro Manila or in any nearby Cities. We offer up to 25k salary!

Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job

Job Overview:
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients and customers, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues related to account management, product usage, billing, and technical support.

Job Description:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and usage guidelines, to provide accurate information, recommendations, and solutions to clients and customers.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients, customers, and colleagues, using active listening skills and effective questioning techniques to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
• Adhere to established service standards, response time targets, and quality metrics, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients and customers with account setup, login troubleshooting, password resets, and profile updates, ensuring that user information is accurate, secure, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
