Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Needed Qualifications
6 Months
2nd yr College Undergraduate (no back subjects)
Minimum 6 months of BPO/contact center experience (preferably 1 year or more solid customer service experience)
Financial services experience in a BPO Setup is preferred
(*candidates who have worked with banks like JP morgan, HSBC, Citibank, PayPal, Apple Pay, Crypto, Creditcard companies, Money Transfers, Moneygram acct.)
Must be willing to work on-site
Good typing skills
Good fit for B2 communication
